To move an individual structure, place a marker where you want to move the structure too.
Select the ‘Structure Move’ button from the Linear Draft toolbar and follow the prompt to select a structure. This should be the structure that you want to move.
Once a structure is selected, follow the prompt to select a marker. This should be the marker you have previously placed.
Once the marker has been selected, you will be prompted to select the left and right rails.
In the example shown below, the structure is a TTC and will span across both tracks. Once the right rail has been confirmed, the ‘Edit Structure’ from will be displayed, allowing you to make further edits to the structure.
N.B. Using ‘Structure Move’ will not automatically update the chainage of the structure and so this will need to be changed manually.
Once any further edits (if any) are complete, click 'Confirm' to place the structure in the new location.
The structure is now located in its new position and all equipment and wires associated with the structure will be copied across. Easting, northing, bearing, span and versines will all be automatically updated.
